Fifteen years ago I arrived in Heritage Village in Southbury, CT as an ex-pat from Manhattan. So many changes--from NYC attorney and Career Director at Brooklyn Law School to licensed Realtor in Connecticut with a second "job" as a volunteer with a local animal rescue organization. Having owned dogs all my life this was a natural, and within a few years I co-founded the Heritage Village Companion Animal Club.
If you were to ask me what I consider my greatest achievements I would tell you this--I stopped smoking after many years, and I adopted my son at age 11 from Honduras. Next in line would be getting involved with animal rescue and adopting 6 rescue dogs--primarily seniors--since coming to Connecticut.
Fueled by years in a service profession, real estate was a natural fit. Having lived in Heritage Village for over 10 years and serving as a condo president for seven of those years, I became an expert in assisting buyers, sellers and renters interested in Village properties as well as properties in other condominium complexes. Many successful transactions led to many referrals from happy clients, quickly ranking me in the Top 25 agents company-wide (over 4,000 agents). Believing that continuing to learn my craft is vital, I earned my Broker's license in 2016.
