Exceeding Expectations in Luxury Living! Pat has been selling Naples Real ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ· for over 30 years. Originally from Michigan, she has lived in several locations including Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York and finally settled in Naples after a move to England. She specializes in luxury properties locating premium Naples real estate for both resort visitors and customers looking for that special place in Naples. A resident of Naples since 1987, Pat has experience not only in golf course communities, but also in waterfront properties. She is a multi-million dollar producer having sold in most locations in Collier County including everywhere from Vanderbilt Beach to Port Royal. Among the other communities are Grey Oaks/Estuary to Quail West, Pelican Marsh, Collier’s Reserve, The Vineyards, Lely Resort and Fiddler’s Creek. Past site agent at Audubon Country Club, Collier’s Reserve and The Vineyards. She has been a long time resident of Pelican Bay and presently lives in Pelican Marsh.

Community Involvement

Both Pat and Margaux have extensive experience in philanthropic work in Naples. Margaux loves to say she remembers stuffing her first gift bag when she was 7 years old. Pat has previously served as the Chair for NCH's Annual Gala Chair as well as an Auction Chair. Additionally, she is a previous board member at the Boys and Girls Club of Collier County and Save the Bays. Margaux continued her mother's passion for fundraising events and volunteering and pursued a career in non-profit management. Previously, she served as the Director for SWFL at The Everglades Foundation and consulted with the Naples Ballet. Currently, she is volunteering with Collier County's Junior Deputy League, Friends of the Fakahatchee and the Junior Women's Initiative at Collier County Community Foundation.
