She later was drawn to Historic Newport, Middletown, Portmsouth and other spectacular locations in Rhode Island. Schultzie grew up in upstate New York and eventually attended Choate Rosemary Hall and Haverford College. After a few years as a reporter in Boston, Schultzie changed careers and moved to New York City to pursue a career in advertising and film. Schultzie was inexplicably drawn to the Newport area and Rhode Island for its incredible historic architecture and ocean access. She now is celebrating her 14th year working as a realtor in Rhode Island.
