Enjoying more than 17 years of practice in the Florida (specifically Marco Island to Estero) real estate market, I am more dedicated than ever to my clients. Since 2006 I have worked ardently with hundreds of clients fulfilling their home dreams. Each client is unique, and I apply a very comprehensive approach specific to each of their needs.

I deliver value to all home sellers and buyers through carefully managed communication and attention to detail. I have extensive and invaluable relationships with attorneys, financial advisors, accountants, and business advisors. These relationships are mutually beneficial for their business as well as mine, and most importantly to our clients. That is what it takes to match my clients to the perfect real estate opportunity to fit their lifestyle.

Unique to the industry, I provide a written and comprehensive Tactical Selling Strategy that consists of an extraordinary checklist of Value-Added Services of which far exceed what other agents provide. I have been blessed with truly a wonderful life. I have two miracles - my daughter Georgia and my son Grant. My wife of 15 years Ana, has been incredibly supportive of my business in two states. We are healthy and grateful for everything we have.
