Even though it meant interrupting her busy schedule, she arranged to show us a home that had many of the qualities that we desired and and took us to a lovely Serenity model that happened to just come on the market. Then, when she discovered that buying the home so quickly had left us with a free day, she surprised me by giving us a pass to the pool and a gift certificate to the cafe/ restaurant by the pool, further amazing me. All her prompt and clear contacts following up on the decision to buy were also appreciated...as well as her friendly greeting and remembering our names and personal details as she greeted us in the community after I moved here."
