After 17 years of raising our family in our cherished home with children off to college, we decided to it was time to downsize & sell our home. " Our home sale was the result of a relocation package offered to us when our firm relocated. Of the realtors offered,we chose Lisa. She delivered everything she promised.Our home was represented in its best light. Lisa is proactive,efficient& professional,yet very warm & likable.Our home sale was complex as everything went through Relo. We had the option of a buyout if our home did not sell.If that occurred,Lisa would not be compensated for her work. We were already renting in Boston & only came home weekends. This didn't deter her one bit.She stopped by the home weekly as part of her routine & brought in our mail & put the emptied garbage cans into the garage.We didn't expect her to do that & I think it aptly demonstrates her helpfulness & enthusiasm.She definitely goes the extra mile.
