Rich has been involved in all aspects of Real �ǿ��ٷ��ַ since he purchased his first investment property nearly 20 years ago. Since that time, he has developed and built many homes on the South Shore and has vast knowledge of land use, zoning, and permitting. Over the last five years, Rich has focused on Sales and Marketing of Real �ǿ��ٷ��ַ around the South Shore.
