An Advocate for Her Clients
Sarah Huo spent the first part of her professional life working in Manhattan at a fast-paced graphics job. It left her feeling professionally unfulfilled, and she yearned for a career that felt more meaningful and positive.
When she decided to move to Greenwich more than 10 years ago, she became fast friends with her real estate agent, Richard Breglia. It was Breglia who suggested Huo consider a new career in real estate. The two forged a real estate partnership, which has since grown to a formidable team at the Greenwich office of William Raveis.
Looking back, it was a wise leap of faith for Huo, who says helping people find the right homes makes her feel as though her professional life is both challenging and meaningful. She's recently returned to Manhattan in a way. Licensed in both Connecticut and New York, she's become affiliated with the brokerage's New York office, as well.
One of Huo's favorite things about working in Greenwich real estate is the people she encounters - her clients, as well as other agents and their buyers and sellers. She prides herself on helping families identify the perfect Greenwich neighborhood to suit their budgets and lifestyles.
Her former professional life in graphics has proven to be an asset in real estate. She's particularly skilled in the marketing and advertising aspect of selling homes.
Huo enjoys volunteering with local charitable organizations, acting in theater productions and she sings with both her church choir and the Greenwich Choral Society. She's a member of the Young Women's League of New Canaan, and serves on its board.
She derives a lot of satisfaction from all of her extracurricular activities, but she's equally passionate about her career.
"We are a full-time team," She said of her Breglia Team colleagues. "Each deal is unique, and every client has different needs. I consider myself to be lucky to be in this business, and to help my clients either get the best price for their homes or discover their next dream home."
