“Choosing Town & Country Real ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ· was an easy decision,â€� says Emily King, licensed real estate salesperson in T&C’s Southampton Office. “Privately owned and run by three powerful, entrepreneurial women I like the more intimate, personal feel of a locally owned boutique real estate agency.â€� Emily came to real estate after a successful career with one the Hamptons premier luxury lifestyle home builders. As part of the design team, Emily’s eye for design, detail, and staging helped to sell the Hamptons luxury lifestyle to clients. She coordinated project managers, contractors and builders to bring a house from design to finished dream home. Moving to the Hamptons in 1991, Emily and her husband grew several businesses as they raised a family and “fell in love with the wide-open aesthetic of the landscape, beaches, farmlands and beautiful homes all bathed in the most alluring light. A combination you can’t find anywhere else in the world.â€� In 2003, Emily launched a successful personal fitness training business with A-list clients from the worlds of fashion, film, business, and the Hamptons social scene. Skilled at understanding her clientsâ€� need for exclusivity, competence, and efficiency she was in demand from Southampton and Water Mill to Bridgehampton and Sagaponack and helped her clients reach their goals with enthusiasm. That discretion and competence serve her well in real estate where clients expect excellent customer service and results. Emily calls Water Mill home with her husband. They enjoy sharing their home with friends and family in the summer months. “I love the beach and long walks, entertaining, hiking, traveling, the theater, and wellness of body, soul and spirit I find here on the East End,â€� says Emily. “Sharing that with friends and clients is so gratifying to me.â€�
