Janice Lanza began a successful career as an Associate Broker with Upper Westchester Real ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ· in Bedford Hills in the 1980's. She quickly became an expert in new construction, handling sales of large projects for big developers including The Woods in Ossining, Yorktown and Mahopac (Neuberger/Weingarten); Fox Hill (Pepitone); Fairview Manor (Amicucci Development); Sherbrooke ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ·s (Foley Development); Somers Chase (Toll Brothers); and Hammond Ridge (Bayswater Development).
