Monica Poludniak moved to the Florida from her native Colombia after graduating from college. In 2000, after enjoying time in Arizona and California, Monica and her family relocated back to Florida to enjoy our piece of paradise and all that it has to offer. Monica loves coastal living and likes to start her day with a walk on the beach, a yoga routine or, if time allows, paddle boarding. Monica began her career in real estate with a passion to build a portfolio of personal and investment properties for her family. This first hand experience of being both a buyer and a seller provided Monica with a great insight as to not only understanding the needs and desires that buyers and sellers require from their Realtor, but also how best to communicate and negotiate for a successful transaction. This pasion for real estate quickly became a career for Monica. Her broad market knowledge and commitment to excellence combined with the enthusiasm she brings to successfully close deals has made Monica an invaluable real estate advisor to her clients.
